Biography:

Monica Herrera’s professional practice focuses on workers’ compensation and immigration law. Ms. Herrera has experience representing injured persons as a result of on-the-job accidents, including catastrophic injuries and death. Ms. Herrera’s practice covers all aspects of Texas workers’ compensation cases, from administrative hearings to trial. Ms. Herrera undertakes the representation of physicians and other health care providers in medical dispute resolutions. Ms Herrera also has experience representing individuals in immigration matters
